Prepare for Your Ride
What’s Included with your ride:
- Life jacket that must be worn at all times during your ride
- Waterproof phone case that ties around your neck to keep your phone safe and dry during your ride
- Waterproof fanny pack to store small personal belongings
What we recommend you bring:
- Government issued ID that will be used for check-in
- A change of shoes or clothes in case you get wet
- A fully charged phone as this will be your point of contact with us while out on the water
- Water to stay hydrated

Our Policies
Cancellation Policy:
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please notify us via phone or email at minimum 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you cancel your reservation within the 48-hour period, you will not receive a refund.
Drugs & Alcohol Policy:
Using alcohol and drugs can impair your ability to ride safely. If a staff member has a reason to believe you are under the influence of drugs and or alcohol, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be provided a refund.
Inclement Weather Policy:
To ensure the safety of our customers, reservations may be cancelled from either end due to inclement weather. You will have the option to cancel your reservation for a full refund or reschedule at a later time upon availability. Please note, weather and water conditions can change at any given moment, therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any point in time if we feel it is no longer safe to ride.
Late Policy:
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation as we use this time to get you prepared for your ride and review safety procedures. To be mindful of other customers and our operating schedule, if you foresee you will be arriving past your scheduled time, please notify us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. If we are not able to, time will be deducted from your set duration or you will lose your reservation all together. Customers who fail to show up for their booking will be charged the full cost of their reservation.
