Our History
In the vibrant city of Toronto, Borana and Migena Latifi have recently introduced Toronto Water Bikes, marking a remarkable milestone as the pioneers of water bike rentals. Their venture offers a unique blend of enjoyment, environmental consciousness, and a fantastic way to stay fit.
The inspiration behind this innovative endeavor stems from a deeply personal connection. Borana explains that her mother had never ridden a bike before due to fear and apprehension on solid ground. After years of searching for a solution, including attempts with training wheels, they stumbled upon the concept of water bikes and instantly fell in love. The newfound freedom and excitement sparked a desire to share this experience with others.
Not only does Toronto Water Bikes encourage a healthy and active lifestyle, but it also aims to cater to individuals who have never had the opportunity to ride a conventional bicycle. Borana and Migena have already witnessed the joy and gratitude from customers who, despite initial fears, embraced the water biking adventure and expressed their heartfelt appreciation for finally being able to enjoy the pleasure of cycling.
